This Privacy Policy describes how ghPhoto ("the App") handles information.
The App does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal information. Your photos, edits, and settings stay on your device and are never sent to the developer or any third party.
Because ghPhoto is a camera and photo-editing app, it asks your permission to use certain features of your device. Each is used only on your device, and only to provide a function you have chosen:
The App never transmits any of this information off your device. It is used solely to capture, edit, and organize your photos locally.
The App makes no network connections whatsoever. All capture, RAW processing, and editing happen locally on your device, and the App never sends or receives data over the internet.
The photos you capture, the edits you make, your albums and favorites, and your app preferences are stored locally on your device. They remain entirely under your control and are removed if you delete the App. The developer has no access to this data. Photos you have separately saved or exported to your device's Photos library or Files remain there after the App is deleted, under your control.
When you choose to share, save, or export a photo — for example through the system share sheet, to the Photos library, or to Files — you direct where that photo goes. Any photo you share may include the metadata embedded in it, such as location, if you enabled it. What happens to a photo after you send it is governed by your device and the destination you choose, not by the App.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
If the App's functionality changes in a way that affects privacy, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. Any updates will be reflected by revising the "Last updated" date above.
